Here’s how the process works

Our team will support you through the whole process, from the initial alignment to the offer stage and beyond. Here’s how it works.

1 | Initial Alignment

We start by reviewing the job description for the role, and then ask for signed T&Cs and a $500 deposit, fully refundable for up to 30 days and credited toward the final fee. From there, you'll have a short alignment call with your dedicated recruiter.

2 | Candidate Shortlist

In most cases, your recruiter will present 3 fully vetted candidates within 10 business days. You'll get their CV, portfolio (if applicable), location, salary expectations, notice period, and a breakdown of why we think they're a great fit for your team.

3 | Interview Process

We'll arrange interviews with the candidates you select and coordinate any take-home projects. You can interview one, two, or all three candidates, whatever works best for your process.

4 | Offer Stage

Once you're ready to hire, you'll extend an offer to the candidate. You only pay once we've found someone great for your team and the candidate signs your offer. Our 3-month satisfaction guarantee starts the day they begin working with you.

Our pricing

We only charge a one-off fee equivalent to 20% of the candidate's annual salary with no recurring fees or hidden costs, to be paid only once you make a hire. We also provide a 3-month satisfaction guarantee. If the candidate you hire doesn't work out, we’ll replace them for free. Alternatively, you can allocate the fee towards another role.
