Our pricing structure is very simple. After selecting your ideal candidate, you’ll only pay a one-time flat fee with no hidden costs or ongoing charges.

Our fees

We only charge a one-off fee equivalent to 20% of the candidate's annual salary with no recurring fees or hidden costs, to be paid only once you make a hire.

3-month satisfaction guarantee

After a candidate has been placed, we provide a 3-month satisfaction guarantee. If for whatever reason the candidate you hire doesn't work out for you, we’ll replace the candidate for free if necessary. Alternatively, you can allocate the fee towards another role.

  • We recommend you hire the candidate directly as a contractor. We can suggest a few platforms you can use to pay them.

  • We’re focused on full-time permanent positions, so unfortunately, we won’t be able to help with part-time roles, but we can refer you to partners who do.

  • The process usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how fast you’re able to provide information and feedback, and how long is your interview process. We’ll be able to present the first candidates in 5 business days.

  • Depending on where you’re based, LATAM’s time zone difference with the US goes from 2 hours behind to 4 hours ahead. Here are some examples:

    EDT is 1 hour behind Argentina & Brazil / 1 hour ahead of Colombia / 2 hours ahead of Mexico.

    CDT is 2 hours behind Argentina & Brazil / Same time zone as Colombia / 1 hour ahead of Mexico.

    PDT is 4 hours behind Argentina & Brazil / 2 hours behind Colombia / 1 hour behind Mexico.
